Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate the request. However, once production, printing, or packing has started, cancellation may not be possible.
Custom & Print-on-Demand Orders:
Customized, made-to-order, or print-on-demand products are strictly non-cancellable, non-changeable, and non-refundable once the order is placed, as production begins immediately.
Customers are advised to carefully review all product details, sizes, and customization information before completing the purchase.
Non-Customized Orders:
Cancellation requests for non-customized products are accepted only before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.

We currently ship across India.
Order Processing Time:
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Processing time may vary during high-demand periods or sales.
Estimated Delivery Time:

Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.
Shipping Partners:
We work with trusted courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if available).
Incorrect or Incomplete Address:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Steckefy will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Return-to-Origin (RTO) Policy
If an order is returned back to us due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address

Customer unavailable during delivery

Repeated delivery failure

Refused delivery

Unreachable contact number
the shipment will be treated as an RTO (Return-to-Origin) order.
Refund for RTO Orders
Refunds for RTO orders are processed only after the parcel is returned and verified at our facility.
Courier charges, return shipping fees, payment gateway charges, and handling costs will be deducted from the paid amount. The remaining balance (if applicable) will be refunded.
Reshipping Charges
If the customer wants the order to be shipped again after receiving the RTO parcel back, an additional reshipping fee may apply.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
In rare cases of lost or damaged shipments, customers must contact us immediately with proper proof, photos, and an unboxing video.
Important:
If the outer package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse the parcel and contact our support team immediately. Accepting a visibly damaged parcel may void eligibility for replacement or refund.
